Does there exist a software patch to fix the inability to use the dual buffers on the Directv R15 Receiver?

Unlike Tivo the Directv R15 receive does not allow you to switch from one tuner to the other without losing the place on the other tuner --- called dual tuners or dual buffers. Directv said a software patch would eventually add that feature. Has anyone gotten that patch or heard when it is coming?

2. I use DirecTV Tivo that are networked so I am not sure of this issue since I do not have any problems switching between the tuners while they are recording or viewing. If this is an issue then check out these two sites for any information. The first site has alot of people that are willing to help out people (Very friendly) the next site does not like newby people to much until they have read all forums and searched for the same issues first, unfortunately the second linked site is where you can find patches to fix DVR issues.
