How do you remove an embroidered patch from a silky jersey like the ones the NBA uses?
There's this patch I don't like on a NBA-like jersey. Is it possible to remove it? Here's an example of what I'm talking about: http://ebuyjerseys.com/pic/20096159121817942.jpg If that was my jersey, I would want to take off the Finals trophy at the top because they didn't win it. Please tell me how I could safely remove the patch without harming the jersey itself.

- You run great risk of damaging the fabric if you try to remove it and there is no easy way that will leave the fabric in pristine condition. You're better off putting something else over it (another patch) or write the word "almost" either embroidered or in laundry pen. If you must attempt it, you need an unpicker and really good light. You will have to undo one one stitch at a time and it might leave the fabric stretched and with needle holes in it anyway.
- Not an easy task. Use a mustache trimmer - no kidding that is what they sell in the machine embroidery notions, all gussied up and twice the price. http://www.allstitch.net/product/peggys-stitch-eraser-3-2227.cfm
