Where can I find an eyepatch for a Lolita dress?

I saw a picture of an Lolita style eyepatch that someone worn at an anime convention I went to and want to know where I can find some Lolita eyepatches to go with my lolita cosplays next year. Thanks.

1. I think that it would be best to make one yourself. An eyepatch is an easy project, and I can't think of any lolita stores that are selling any. I checked Alice and the Pirates and even they don't have any.
